As a Rule of Law subject matter expert, Michael developed plans, programs, and training in support of U.S. government-backed Rule of Law initiatives abroad. He successfully conceptualized and managed one of the most innovative and lasting legal initiatives of the 20-year U.S. engagement with Afghanistan, leading to numerous internationally funded projects. As a result, Michael’s expertise has been sought by some of the largest government contractors operating out of the U.S., Middle East, and Central Asia.
